Established in 1997.

Lochness started many years ago, with a middle school boy who had big dreams! Joe began mowing in Lake St. Louis, walking door to door with a little red 'garage sale' push mower & a weed eater (Christmas Cash). Over the years the business continued to grow and thrive.

Joe obtained his degree in Business Management, at Mizzou.

After graduation, Joe jumped into Lochness with even bigger dreams and a better business mind! From a push mower, he’s expanded to low voltage led smart lighting, outdoor living design & installation, driveways, ground stabilization, hardscape install, patios, pavers, and steps- just to name a few things! 

Joe & Mandy grew up in Lake St. Louis, Mo, and now live in Warren County. Just outside of Innsbrook, where Joe (with his Dad’s help) built a custom home and shop in 2016. While Joe was building a home and shop, his younger sister Sara helped officially kickstart Loch Ness Lawns into the company she knew it could be. Together, Joe and Sara built the foundation for Loch Ness that continues today. As the season of 2021 came to a close, Joe and Mandy began the full transformation into Loch Ness Landscape Hardscape & Lighting

Joe is focused on his family, faith & maintaining the 5-star business he worked so hard to create. Joe, Mandy, & their two youngest kiddos (Emma & Talon; 15) enjoy hockey, anything outdoors & lots of summer boating in their free time. They also have two pups at home, Roxy & Chet, who LOVE to join Dad on the job! 

When Taylor (22) isn’t traveling for work or on her property with Dylan, you may spot her on a job with Joe. Morgan (27) has her own family of 6 now, but you may see her following up with project photography when working with Lochness!
