FAQ

You've got questions. We've got answers.

  • Do you offer visual renderings of your designs? Yes! We use imaging software to show you what you are getting. Starting at $250.00, payment is required before receiving images. If you decide to have Lochness complete the project, your design fee will be deducted from your final balance.​

  • Do you offer mowing services? No. 

  • Do you require deposits? Yes! We need a $250 payment (non-refundable) to hold your spot in our schedule. This will be deducted from your project cost. We require 50% of the project cost no later than three business days before your start date. CC transactions will incur a 3.5% additional fee for your final bill. The remaining 50% balance is due upon our arrival on the day of completion.  

  • How do I pay? We accept credit cards, checks, online pay (you will receive an account), and Venmo.

  • Do you offer a warranty? Yes and No. We don't offer any warranty for plants. Yes! We offer guarantees on most hardscape and lighting products; these vary according to each manufacturer.

  • What about mulch, aeration, and seeding? Yes. In the Spring and Fall for current customers and residents of Innsbrook. Outside jobs are accepted on an individual basis.

Lochness scheduling may be adjusted according to weather and product delays. The start dates given may change. Renderings are for visual representation only. These are not to scale and are subject to change. Lochness is not responsible for supply chain adjustments or unforeseen land excavation and installation issues. Any changes, edits, or additions to projects are subject to additional charges to be added to the final invoice. Image renderings are allowed one free revision; other requests are subject to an additional fee of $200+ per image due at the time of submission. Any questions or concerns may be emailed to info@lochnesslawns.com. Please note: Lochness does NOT offer warranties on plants. The purchaser/ owner is responsible for ensuring the future health and success of installed plants, trees, and shrubs. Information regarding the care of local plants may be found on our website, https://www.lochnesslandscaping.com, under the additional resources section. Upon receipt of proposal approval, you will be scheduled. All projects exceeding $2,500.00 will require a non-refundable placement payment of $250.00. A project deposit of 50% is due no later than three business days before product delivery and project start date. Final payment is due upon arrival on the day of completion. No exceptions or revisions may be made to this policy. Credit card transactions are subject to an additional 3.5% fee to be added to your final invoice.
